This little microwave is obviously in better shape than my old one that it replaced. It has programmed speed buttons that are not as simple as my old one, and are inconsistent. For beverage, you have to press the coffee cup icon, then enter the number of drinks you are heating. Seems to go in multiples of 90 seconds. Then start. So three buttons for a speed program. But for reheat, you just press the reheat button and start, no quantity required. Haven't used the other buttons, but I assume they are also a weird mix of inconsistency. Otherwise, it does what I need -reheat drinks and warm up frozen foods.This microwave is very nice for a smallkitchen or apartment. Small and compactwith a full panel of assorted features suchas Quick Cook Buttons for pizza, potatoand popcorn. A clock setting and a resetbutton. However, after reading about allthe great features I failed to notice thatit does NOT have the one button that Iuse over and over again and that is theAdd 30 Seconds Button! I am verydisappointed to say the least! I guess Ijust assumed it would have but it doesn’t!I am returning it. ☹️Would have given it 5 stars if it had a 30-second automatic button but sadly it doesn't. Still, it looks nice and works well in my very limited space.Works as advertised, looks great too.This is a great little microwave. Heats food well, works perfectly everytime. Thanks!The size was perfect didn’t take to much space easy to understand.It's small for my efficient for my small apartment it's easy to use , for larger quantities u may need to heat up for a larger time setLove this productI bought this microwave because I wanted something small and this was the smallest model I could find. I also wanted white or black, rather than stainless steel. It's perfect for those two reasons. It's small, almost to the point of looking like My First Microwave and it's white. It's dead simple to use. But I don't think the power is all that powerful. I also realize that I didn't buy it for its wattage, or whatever it's called, but simply for it's size and colour. I have found that everything takes longer to heat up than in a larger microwave. I also think that it's not the end of the earth when you might have to wait a minute and 20 seconds instead of just a minute for something to heat up. Would I buy it again? Yes.Purchased this microwave when we moved to a new apartment however did not use as we summered at the family cottage. Also purchased a much cheaper 700 watt microwave at Canadian Tire for the cottage. The Canadian Tire microwave works fine but as we are now back at the apartment, find this microwave has much less power and requires a much longer time to heat thins up. Disappointed as I paid full price and not satisfied. Wish I could return for a full refund.It's a basic microwave, does everything it's supposed to do. It came to me well packaged and arrived on time. It's a brand I trust and since it's new I really have no complaints nor do I expect to have any issues with it. This is the smallest microwave I've ever owned and I find if you buy the large package of Orville Redenbacher popcorn it may not spin properly on the turntable thus causing the popcorn to burn. I however don't consider that an issue.I love everything about it. It's small but powerful. Takes up very little space on the counter & works as well if not better than my old big microwave. So glad I got rid of the big one & purchased this little cutie. Highly recommend.This is a great one, I wanted a small one and also one that was not too powerful as it heats up coffee andfoods without too much mess inside, it also like the pull open type door and the time stays on there so you can keep using it without reseting all the time.
