The TurboChef NGC-1331 solid cooking basket is a replacement part that is suitable for use with compatible TurboChef ovens. The basket fits TurboChef models C3, Encore, High H Batch, High H Batch 2, i3, i5, and Tornado. It is coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to keep food from sticking. The basket has a solid bottom to contain juices and stiff sides to prevent spills. It measures 14.5 x 13.5 x 1 inches (L x W x H).
